The Master of Business Administration (MABIS) program at Diponegoro University, managed by the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP Undip), is a specialized educational program designed to train students from diverse academic backgrounds. Students from fields such as administration, economics, social sciences, politics, education, law, culture, science, engineering, religion, and other disciplines receive comprehensive training in both the theory and practice of business administration. The program aims to produce graduates who not only possess in-depth knowledge but also have the ability to adapt to the ever-evolving dynamics of the business world.
In addition to focusing on academic mastery, MABIS emphasizes the importance of ethics in business practices. Students are taught to apply moral and ethical values in every business decision they make, enabling them to contribute positively to society and the environment. Therefore, this program not only prepares graduates to be competent professionals in the field of business administration but also as responsible and integrity-driven leaders.
