Apa itu Magister Administrasi Bisnis ?
Program Studi Magister Administrasi Bisnis (MABIS) di Universitas Diponegoro, yang dikelola oleh Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (FISIP Undip), merupakan program pendidikan yang dirancang secara khusus untuk mendidik para mahasiswa dari beragam latar belakang disiplin ilmu. Mahasiswa yang berasal dari bidang administrasi, ekonomi, sosial, politik, pendidikan, hukum, budaya, sains, teknik, agama, dan berbagai disiplin ilmu lainnya akan mendapatkan pembekalan yang komprehensif dalam teori dan praktik administrasi bisnis. Program ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan lulusan yang tidak hanya memiliki pengetahuan yang mendalam, tetapi juga mampu beradaptasi dengan dinamika dunia bisnis yang terus berkembang.
Selain fokus pada penguasaan materi akademis, MABIS juga menekankan pentingnya etika dalam praktik bisnis. Mahasiswa akan diajarkan untuk menerapkan nilai-nilai moral dan etika dalam setiap keputusan bisnis yang diambil, sehingga mereka dapat berkontribusi secara positif bagi masyarakat dan lingkungan. Dengan demikian, program ini tidak hanya mempersiapkan lulusan untuk menjadi profesional yang kompeten di bidang administrasi bisnis, tetapi juga sebagai pemimpin yang bertanggung jawab dan berintegritas.
